01 Meta-analysis

August 2017: With George Banks, I organized a presenter symposium on "Science-practice interface: Meta-analyzing theories for performance implications" at Academy of Management Annual Meeting. Three distinct research teams presented their meta-analytical reviews on topics at individual, corporate, and international levels, all of which included performance measures as the dependent variables to generate prescriptive values.

02 Meta-framework

August 2019: With Anne Tsui, Bill Glick, Charles Dhanaraj, George Banks, Flore Bridoux, Frank Bosco, Steve Sauerwald, and Marc van Essen, we are hosting a Professional Development Workshop on "Building a Management Knowledge Navigator: Organizational Performancefor All Primary Stakeholders" at Academy of Management Annual Meeting.

03 Machine reading

October 2019: With knowledge mining experts from both the industry Anusua Trivedi and Gus Hahn-Powell, and academia Neil Smalheiser, Youngseo Son, and Jeffrey Carver, I am organizing and presenting a General Session on "Machine reading and comprehension for science-practice knowledge synthesis" at INFORMS Annual Meeting.

Funded through a hybrid model of grants, gifts, and technology commercialization, GoPeaks started as a collection of research and technology development to accelerate and scale knowledge synthesis into real-world decision solutions. It is especially focused on knowledge graph-based prescriptive (causal) analytics. By grounding its solutions to improve multi-stakeholder performance management, its goal is to build a shared world brain serving broad interests of people and society.
